The invention relates to railway track machines for the excavation, cleaning and supply of clean ballast material to a railway track,
The known mobile machine for processing the ballast layer, comprising a frame located on the chassis, a working member mounted on the frame, a device for hanging a rail-fencing grid, a device for leveling the ballast material, a crushing screen and conveyor belts t. 1 ZV to a known machine, the installation of a sweep chain of a working body is made by the operator manually, which reduces the productivity of the machine, impeding control of it, does not eliminate the error if the wiper chain is incorrectly installed in height.
Closest to the present invention is a movable ballast layer processing machine comprising a frame located on the chassis, a working body with a hydraulic actuator mounted on the frame to control its immersion depth associated with the hydraulic pump and the capacity of the main lines through an electro-hydraulic distributor controlled by an electrical IMM the following circuit with the immersion depth indicator, interacting with the tensioned wire fixed on the ground, and also controlled by the electric follow loop with the indicator The tilt factor 1 23 The disadvantage of this machine is that it requires the presence of two tensioned wires, since it has two indicators for the depth of the working body, which makes it difficult for the driver to operate and leads to a decrease in performance.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by facilitating the process of continuously adjusting the position of the working member.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a movable machine for treating a ballast layer containing a frame located on the running mechanism, a working body with a hydraulic actuator mounted on the frame for controlling the depth of its immersion associated with the hydraulic pump and the capacity of the main lines through the electro-hydraulic distributor controlled
an electric tracking circuit with an immersion depth indicator that interacts with a tensioned wire fixed on the ground, as well as an electric tracking loop controlled with a slope indicator, the dip depth indicator is connected to a recording device and is equipped with a device used to measure its height relative to the measuring frame, which is fixed on the working body and pivotally connected through a lever with this device, while the tilt indicator is mounted on the measuring frame and connected with a tang and through an amplifier with a drive device.
FIG. 1 shows a movable ballast processing machine, side view; in fig. 2 - the scheme of the systems providing the correct installation of the working body.
The mobile machine for processing the ballast layer contains mounted on the running gears 1 and 2 on the frame 3 a working body C attached to it with a stripping chain 5. serving to remove rubble from under the rail grid 6, lifted when the machine is working by means of a device 7 for its hanging. On the frame 3 is also installed leveling device 8, leveling the rubble.
The crushed chain 5 picked up and the rubble withdrawn to the top enters the multi-colored vibrating screen 9. The cleared crushed stone comes from the vibrating screen 9 via the belt conveyor 10 into the ballast layer and the waste contaminated crushed stone is withdrawn by means of conveyor belts 11-13 and discarded along the way or immersed. on vehicles for export. A part of the cleaned rubble is directed from the vibrating screen 9 to fill the gaps between the cross ties along the 1L chute.
To change the depth of the tilt and the lateral displacement of the working body C, the hydraulic drive in the form of power cylinders 15 and 16, of which the cylinders 15 provide lateral displacement and the cylinders 16, the vertical displacement of the working body, serves.
As shown in FIG. 2, the power cylinders 16 are connected to a hydraulic pump 17 and a tank 18 by lines 19 and 20 through an electro-hydraulic valve 21, which is connected to the tank 18 by a drain pipe 22, .8 with a hydraulic pump 17 - a pressure pipe 23. The electro-hydraulic valve 21 is controlled by an electric follower a contour with an indicator 2k of the immersion depth in the form of a rotational potentiometer, the arm 25 of which interacts with the wire 26 fixed on the ground, tensioned on the pegs 27, and is also controlled by an electric tracking contour with the indicator tilt 28, which is also made in the form of a rotational potentiometer associated with a tandem 29 and mounted on the measuring frame 30. The measuring frame 30 is fixed to the working body 4 and pivotally connected via lever 31 with a device used to change the height of the indicator 2k depths of immersion relative to her. The fixture includes a screw spindle 32 on which the immersion depth indicator indicator i is attached, a quill 33 and a flywheel 3 that are manually rotated together with a screw spindle 32. For visual control of the relative position of the immersion indicator 2k and the stripping chain 5, the scale 35 serves. Indicator 2k is the immersion depth electrically connected to the recording device via an electro-hydraulic distributor 21. The recording device consists of an indicator 36 and a recording device 37. An electric tracking circuit with an indicator The tilt catcher 28 also includes a differentiating unit 38 associated with it, which is connected by its inputs to a working unit tilt angle of the working member 39 and to an electrohydraulic distributor 21.I The tilt indicator 28 is also connected by a kO wire to an amplifier k operating the hinge mounted on the measuring frame 30 of the electric motor C2, the shaft of which is connected to the spindle k3. 104 On the spindle 3, a nut kkf is pivotally connected to the lever 31. The device operates as follows. Working body k with a sweep chain 5 is immersed in the operation of the machine in the ballast by means of power cylinders 16. As the machine advances in the depth of the working body k in the ballast, it is controlled by the indicator 2 of the immersion depth, which, in case of its deviation from the target, i.e. in case of displacement of the immersion indicator relative to the tensioned wire 26 upwards or downwards, restores the required amount of immersion of the working body k by changing: not the output value of the rods 45 of the power cylinders 16 controlled by the electrohydraulic distributor 21. If necessary, the driver can correct the immersion depth of the working organ manually flywheel 3. If necessary, the inclined installation of the working body set the slope of the node 39 set the desired slope, and the differentiating node 38, this gives a command to the electro-hydraulic distributor 21 for the corresponding switching on of the right or left cylinder 16. In accordance with (clone of the operating element k, and hence of the measuring frame 30, the tilt indicator gives a signal through amplifier 1 to the corresponding activation of the electric motor k2, which turns a lever 31 which maintains the immersion indicator 2 at an unchanged level. There is a connection between the indicator. 28 tilting and differentiating node 38 allows to ensure accurate fixation of a given tilt angle by comparing in this node 38 aaday and its signal with the actual and additional switching on of the elec- tronic control valve 21 when they are misaligned. Technical and economic efficiency is due to increased productivity of the proposed machine by facilitating the process of adjusting the position of the working body.
